<p>Feel Good Company is looking for a Pupil to fill the Leadership Role in Design and Architecture in Berlin, Deutschland. The successful candidate will be working as a Freelancer, Project Assistant in a Bachelor-/Master-/Diploma-Thesis. The main tasks of this position are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading the design and architecture team.</li>
<li>Developing and implementing strategies for the team.</li>
<li>Managing the team and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ensuring that all team members are working together effectively.</li>
<li>Providing guidance and support to team members.</li>
<li>Monitoring progress and providing feedback.</li>
<li>Identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions.</li>
</ul>

<p>The ideal candidate should have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong leadership skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Knowledge of design and architecture principles.</li>
<li>Proficiency in relevant software and tools.</li>
